The open-access medical literature: PubMed Central's and Europe PMC's open-access articles, medRxiv preprints under their recorded licenses, and clinical trial records — metadata cite-checkable across the field, full text wherever the recorded license allows.

Like every listing in this line: collected from the source, sealed at collection, cite-checkable against the sealed record — and served only as far as each record's license allows.
Medicine is where this line starts, because it is where the openly serveable record is deepest: two open-access libraries (PubMed Central's open-access subset and Europe PMC's open-access articles), a per-record preprint leg (medRxiv), and the federal clinical trial registry — with the densest integrity stream in scholarship watching over all of it.
Every article and preprint carries its recorded license. Where the license allows the full text commercially, the full text is served; where it allows the text only outside commercial use, the text is sealed as proof and the metadata, hashes, and change history are served instead. Trial records are served from the registry's own public record, with their amendment history witnessed — amendments included.

Every record carries its recorded license, sealed with the record. Full text is served only where that license allows it; everything else is served as metadata, hashes, and change history.
